Please join the Comparative Politics Workshop on Wednesday, February 27 from 4:15-6:15 pm at the Political Science Thesis Room (5th floor). Jennifer Peirce (John Jay, CUNY) will be presenting her paper, “Money is for survival, working helps you get out: A comparison of formal and informal economies inside two types of Dominican prisons.” The paper is attached and the abstract is below.
